Courses on the Ethical Management of Conflicts

Since October 2006 more than 5,000 people have taken part in our courses. These courses are focused on improving our way of living and the way we live with others, from an ethical basis that can be applied across the fields of our personal, social and political lives.

The Bider Mila Project (thousand multiplier), has been Baketik’s main plan of action since it was set up in October 2006. It’s main objective is to contribute to building a peaceful and reconciled society based on respect for human dignity and the acceptance of difference. To this end a course on the Ethical Management of Conflicts was established with the aim of creating a social network of reconciliation for those who wished to be involved.

More than 3,000 people have participated in this first course, and many of them asked that the course continue. In response to this demand a new course was created, entitled “Living and living together; Four basic learning steps”. This course attempts to respond to the following question: What can believers in God, non-believers, believers of other confessions and people with different ideologies and cultures do to live better and live together better?

A third course has now been put in place, entitled <<Learning from oneself>>. Its basis is that each one of us can act as good teachers for ourselves. Our own difficulties, conflicts, experiences, achievements, moments of happiness or failures become converted into the best material for our transformation and growth. The objective of this course is to offer tools that teach us to put our own experience to good use in order to guide us in our personal lives and in the way we live with others.
